best approach to transport gasoline

It is required to transport gasoline from Durban Refinery to Pretoria. The distance between the two cities is 650 km. Pretoria is at a higher altitude. Using chemical engineering fluid flow principles, describe the best approach to be used to tranpost the gasoline

Probably it is pipe line with pump stations on some points but you have to be more specific and optimizing pipe diameter over number of pump station is not an easy thing.
