Pressure drop Calculation.

Hello, I am trying to calculate the pressure drop for LPG.
The case is as follows, From Point 1 which is at the ground floor, I will be taking a vertical pipe of 40 mm diameter up to point 2 at 275 m height. The mass per consumption would be 19.5 Kg/hr. The pressure at point 1 after leaving the Pressure Regulation System (PRS) will be 200 milli bar. I have tried calculating using the software but found some different results.

I have attached the screenshot for your reference. Please guide me where I provided wrong input to the software.

First, you have to enter absolute, not gauge pressure.
Check the pipe diameter that you are entering, as well as critical pressure and temperature for LPG.
Also, select to enter w (on the right side of the calculator) and then enter mass flow rate.
Hope this helps.

about 1/40th of the usable pressure, if you are getting 40 usable shots

In other words, not enough to show on the gauge, if you see gauge movement after one shot, you have a problem
