I keep getting an error message when I try to do the flow calculation indicating that the pipe resistance in terms of length to diameter is too high, giving me outrageous K value.
I have 50 ft of 0.25” hose, Gas Pressure at inlet of Hose is 20 psig, the outlet is atmospheric pressure. I need to figure out the gas flow.
I know that the gas flows, otherwise my equipment would have shut down.
I have attached the snip for the inputs.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Francisco

Re: Gas discharge flow calculator
Try with gas pressure drop calculator. It will work ok for your problem.
