Force to squeeze a tube

Hi,

My problem statement is as follows: There is air flow through a rubber tube at a set pressure. I need to squeeze the tube to stop the flow of air. What will be the force required to do so? I found it experimentally but not analytically through equations. I know that the force needed to squeeze the tube should be more than that of the pressure exerted by the fluid and the stiffness of the tube. Are there any standard equations available for calculating this force? I am in need of assistance in this regard.
