compressable air- pressure vs flow

I have a question regarding the flow of compressable air.
Given the following:
I have a given pneumatic system, where the air is discharged to atmosphere.
If the system is kept the same, can a higher volume of air flow through the system given a pressure increase? This would be in CFM's. What about Mass flow rate?
