psi and water flow

I need to have 40 to 60 psi water flow .Is this possible from 1/2 ''id copper pipe ?

How do I test to make sure I have 40 to 60 psi of water flow ?Thank You

Pressure in pipe depends on the pump that you use, so if you have pump that has that pressure, than you will have it. To test is you should put gauge to measure.
