In Power=Flow*Pressure which "pressure" is meant ?

I wanted to ask such dummy qwestion: power consumed by a pump's motor equals flow multiplied by pressure. Which pressure here is meant : dynamic, static, or the total ?

Difference between static pressure after and before the pump.
