Slotted HDPE Pipe SVE vacuum drop

I'm looking for a reference and/or model that allows the calculation of vacuum drop and flow along a slotted HDPE pipe being used for soil vapor extraction. I've searched the Net for several hours, looked at Perry's, USACE Design Manual, but haven't found anything specifically applicable.

Vacuum drop is same calculation as pressure drop, just have to know pipe length, pipe diameter, flow rate and maybe pressure (vacuum) at some point - start or the end of pipe.
