2" Vertical pipe (Riser)

please how do i calculate the following for a 2" vertical pipe(riser) with oil and water flowing through it. you can fix the flow rate i'll understand:

Total pressure drop
hydrostatic pressure drop
accelerating pressure drop

If you have constant pipe diameter, velocity will not change and dynamic pressure will be constant.
Total and static pressure will drop due to friction and change in height. Pressure drop due to change in elevation will be:
Dp=rho*g*H
