Maximum velocity knowing the gas flow and properties

Good day all,
I am trying to determine the pipe size for a off-gas flow exit a Splitter Column Overhead Receiver. I have determined the flow rates and have the fluid properties (density, isentropic coefficient, pressure, temperature etc). How can i determine what the required pipe size is?
