Someone please~how to measure this flowrate

i have to calculate this flowrate for CNG.The gas is methane and the thing i know is
hose - 3/8 inch
presseure - 2 bar
gas temperature - 37 celcius
i have spend 2 day for doing a calculation and get nothing,please someone help me.. :cry:

You must know pipe length, local resistances coefficient and pressure on the end of pipe. You can use natural gas calculator for this purpose.
