Maximum flow in pipeline

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this flow problem. I was wondering what the maximum flowrate could be for the following parameters:
0.6 specific gravity
4" diamater pipeline
14psi pressure drop (16psi to 2psi)
2 miles in length
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
