dear all,

I have pressure control valve of make fisure

how can i calcualate RAW flow through control valve, if we have only,valve size=6 inches;flow pressure =5 kg/cm2 service =oxygen flow

Flow will change with the different position of closing element. You should have the diagram of flow rate to pressure drop change from manufacturer.
Or, if you have flow coefficient Cv, Kv, than you can calculate full capacity. Flow will change from 0 to that maximum in some way - linear, logarithm or other which is also subject to get from manufacturer.
