I need the flow the rate of water in a 2 inch plastic line 2000 foot long 150 foot of rise and 100 psi. GPM needed????

Pressure difference between pipe start and pipe end is required. You can use pressure drop calculator

the pressure at the beginning is 100 psi and at the end is 90. I can't figure out the website u linked me too.
