You must tell pressure on the start and pressure on the end of also. Also you must know hose length.
You can use air pressure drop calculator.

If you have higher pressure, flow will be higher. If you have bigger diameter flow will be higher. If the pipe length is longer flow will be lower. What is the length of the pipe or is it just orifice?
What is the fluid?

If the tank is open to atmosphere your p1=0.
But as you do not have option to enter height in calculator, you can enter 50 + 800 mWS as p1. p2 = 0.
Also you have K1 = 0.5 (pipe entrance) and K2 = 1 (pipe exit) with total of K1 + K2 = 1.5 total resistance coefficient.

I am sorry to hear that you can not access calculators. It works fine on my side. I am using 1.6.0_29.
Can you try to delete temporary files, cookies and Java Cash (Control Panel -> Java -> General, Temporary Internet file -> Settings -> Delete files), restart your browser.
